I have been called quiet and subdued. I prefer uniquely focused.

I learned to play the piano in elementary school. I was a prodigy. Then, I forgot how.

I was once a hair away from becoming a US Secret Service Agent.

My mother taught me how to create floral arrangements. I still have a perpetually green thumb.

I have only been on three roller coasters in my lifetime and eventually made the educated decision to refrain from such lunacy.

I have lived in 5 different states…Two at the same time.

I deplore air fryers. They are an oxymoron.

Baths over showers any day.

If I could have grits for breakfast every morning…I would.

When I was younger, I was a DJ. That lasted all of five minutes.

I get manicures and pedicures like clockwork.

I have a record 11 Godchildren.

In college, I wore a tie to class each day.

In the Spring of 2013, I spent 8 nights and 9 days in the Amazon Jungle. I would so do it again!

I can fold a fitted sheet better than Marriott.

A four-day mission trip to Haiti in 2003 after major floods in 2002 was the most impactful international trip I have ever taken.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I have been to the beach a grand total of three times.

My favorite color is purple but flesh tones excite me to no end.

I am a professionally trained vocalist who rarely ever sings.

I am one of the most amazing cooks you will ever find…In my mind.

Before my daughter died unexpectedly just 24 days before her 5th birthday she said to me, “Daddy, I’m gonna’ be a good girl.”
